Blacknote CDP 300
The CDP 300 is the first Blacknote CD player made with a double front panel and the innovative extra large alpha numeric display. The CDP 300 is designed around the newest digital devices today available.
The Digital to Analog stage is managed thru customized DACs made by AKM (Japan) and Burr-Brown (Texas Instruments, U.S.A.). The proprietary circuit design of the DAC enable the CDP 300 a real 24bit resolution with the over-sampling 368 higher than the standard CD players (44,1KHz).
The high quality of the Digital to Analog converters and the Blacknote proprietary circuit design allow to reach a sonic performance hardly available from “standard” CD players. The Clock generator is designed around the Burr-Brown PLL1705 microchip. The PLL1705 is able to generates a very low jitter phase error, one of the lowest today available: 50-12 (50.000 billions of second).
The power supply is made with four different sections and managed thru four dedicated custom transformers. Any transformer supplies the power directly to the Digital Stage, the Analog stage, the Transport and the other CD Player powered stages including the display.
The whole power supply is stabilized and rectified with sophisticated and over dimensioned Current Generators exclusively Blacknote made.
The extra large alpha numeric display can be customized and switched off during play mode in order to stop working any voltage power dedicated inside the unit.
All the functions and operativity of the CD player are controlled with the latest generation Texas-Instruments microchip programmed with a special software able to manage any eventual necessary future up-grade of the unit.
The Analog Power Supply is managed thru four OP chips singularly powered with a special multi inductive power supply.
The Power supply dedicated to the mother board and the DAC board is decoupled thru two "fused silicon" transformers specially shaped by Analog Device.
The CDP 300 features a sophisticated tube analog output stage based around two 6922 tubes. Such new output stage is a true balanced tube design no-matching any transistor or j-fet in order to get the highest sonic performance.
The transport mechanism is of the drawer type and is designed to achieve the disc rotation stability at its best with a special circuit named Natural-Speed™ able to manage the speed of the disc down quite as much as an analog turntable.
The Natural-Speed™ also tunes the transport motor in order to virtually erase the generated spinning vibrations.

Goldenote Stibbert
The 2007 edition of Stibbert Tube is the latest release of Goldenote`s most acclaimed CD Player.
Actually it is the only CD Player on the market made with a double chassis completely isolated through 4 conical springs. The main plinth of the Stibbert Tube chassis is made of a 20mm thick black acrylic shaped like the Ferrari Formula 1© steering wheel, as are Goldenote’s best analogue turntables. Such a special curved shape enormously increases the structural rigidity of the design, virtually eliminating any vibration feedback.
The transport mechanism is of the drawer type and is designed to achieve the disc rotation stability at its best.
The Stibbert Tube also features the best Goldenote digital technology using the newest output proprietary output filter “Zero-Clock™” and the voltage power supply system “Electro-Power™”.
The latest release of the Zero-Clock™ has been completely redesigned to achieve the highest performance eliminating jitter and clock error but also introducing a new more sophisticated output digital filter.
The new Electro-Power™ voltage power supply system offers an innovative current generator which cleans up the signal going to the analog section for superior sonic performance.
The new Electro-Power™ system guarantees to control the pick-up laser and mechanic motors for a perfect disc rotation stability, getting a total speed fluctuation lower than an outstanding 0.0001%.
The higher standard self-adjusting properties of the new Electro-Power™ enables absolutely stable micro and macro voltages to guarantee a precise super smooth voltage in all electrical local digital and analog audio signal paths.
The Electro-Power™ also galvanically shields the CD Player to guarantee the best sound performance available.
The new Stibbert Tube chassis is made of a high density steel alloy treated with a diamagnetic black polyvinyl paint. The mass of the chassis is three times higher than before enabling higher bass resolution. The new chassis design allows an easy tube changing and better controlled grounding path.
The Stibbert Tube features a new sophisticated tube analog output stage based on two 6922 tubes. Such new output stage is a true symmetrical balanced tube design no-matching any transistor or j-fet in order to get the highest sonic performance.
The use of the superior-class components such as MFCap capacitors and Sfernice non-inductive resistors redefine new standards in the digital players world market.

Blacknote SACD 300
The SACD 300 comes directly from the CDP 300 from which it takes almost all the cosmetic and technical characteristics. As the name shows the SACD 300 is able to drive SACD disc having a dedicated DSD converter on board also. The main difference compared to the CDP 300 is the transport used. The SACD 300 is shaped around the French made GyrFalcon Super Audio CD transport improved thru the proprietary Blacknote circuit system called Natural-Speed™, that tunes the mechanic motor to virtually erase vibrations but also keep the speed during play so slow to look quite the same as an analog turntable.
The PCM digital stage, as the CDP 300, is designed around the customized DACs made by AKM (Japan) and Burr-Brown (U.S.A.). The proprietary circuit design of the DAC enable the SACD 300 a real 24bit resolution with the over-sampling 368 higher than the standard CD players. The high quality of the Digital to Analog converters and the Blacknote proprietary circuit design allow to reach a sonic performance hardly available from “standard” CD players. The Clock generator is designed around the Burr-Brown PLL1705 microchip.
The PLL1705 enables a very low jitter phase error, one of the lowest today available: 50-12 (50.000 billions of second). The power supply is made with four dedicated custom transformers. Any transformer supplies the power directly to the Digital Stage, the Analog stage, the Transport and the other CD Player powered sections including the display. The whole power supply is stabilized and rectified with sophisticated and over dimensioned Current Generators designed exclusively by Blacknote.
The extra large alpha numeric display can be customized and switched off during play mode in order to stop working any voltage power dedicated inside the unit. All the functions and operativity of the CD player are managed thru a customised & latest generation Texas-Instruments microchip pre-programmed with a special software allows any eventual necessary future up-grade of the unit. The Analog Power Supply is managed thru four OP chips singularly powered with a special multi inductive power supply. The Power supply dedicated to the mother board and the DAC board is decoupled thru two “fused silicon” transformers specially shaped by Analog Device.
The SACD 300 features a sophisticated tube analog output stage based on two 6922 mini valves. Such new output stage is a truly balanced tube design no-matching any transistor or j-fet in order to get the highest sonic performance. The transport is controlled by the Natural-Speed™ design enable the lowest disc speed possible simulating the functionality of an analog turntable. The Natural-Speedª also tunes the transport motor in order to virtually erase any vibration.
The chassis is made of shielded steel painted with a special anti-resonant lacquer to improve sonic performance.
